Acumen Outsource provides corporate and public affairs counsel to CEO’s,
senior management and board members of leading Thai and international
companies in Thailand. Advice is provided in the areas of corporate reputation,
strategic intelligence, internal communications, change management and issues
management.

Its Principal, Justin Barnett, has more than 30 years experience as a
communications professional and adviser – including more than a decade in
SE Asia. During his time in Thailand, Justin was a initially a consultant to, and
then Director of Corporate Affairs of, Tesco Lotus. Before joining Tesco Lotus he
was Chief Executive Officer of Weber Shandwick in Thailand, a member of the
Interpublic Group of companies.

Prior to arriving in Thailand, Justin was a director, principal and shareholder of a
number of public relations consultancies in New Zealand and Australia.
Justin was Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand from 2005 -
2007. He is a Council Member of the Royal Over-Seas League and a Director of the
International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in Thailand.
