Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chamber’s daily activities. This role involves coordinating events, managing memberships, assisting with communications, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing Chamber events, including seminars, networking events, and webinars.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, sponsors and partners to ensure event success.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event evaluations.
2) Membership Support:
- Handle member inquiries, applications, renewals, and updates in the membership database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist in creating and distributing membership materials and communications.
3) Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, Committee Members and the Chamber team.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
4) Communications:
- Support the development and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and social media content.
- Update and maintain the Chamber’s website and other digital platforms.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading communications, ensuring consistency in messaging.
5) Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all Chamber activities, including events, memberships, and financial transactions.
- Generate regular reports on membership statistics, event attendance, and other key metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of reports/ meeting minutes for the Executive Director and the Committee Members.
6) Other Duties:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Attend Chamber events and meetings, providing support where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, event coordination, or a similar role.

Experience working in a membership-based organization or non-profit is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (Thai Language is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlooks, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with graphic design softwares.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
