Univanich Palm Oil PCL has been a pioneer of the oil palm industry in Thailand since the company’s first plantations were established back in 1969. Today, Univanich is Thailand’s leading producer of crude palm oils and high yielding hybrid oil palm seeds. The company’s offices, plantations and three crushing mills are located in Krabi Province of Southern Thailand. Annual production of around 170,000 tonnes of palm oil is supplied to Thailand’s domestic market or exported to Europe from the company’s jetty at the Krabi port of Laemphong. Univanich high yielding hybrid seeds are exported from Phuket International Airport to oil palm growers in more than fifteen countries.
