Refund Policy

Regular Event Admissions

Annual General Membership Meetings, Luncheon Meetings, other similar events:
The New Zealand- Thai Chamber of Commerce’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events. Cancellations received before the event’s cancellation deadline, as publicized and on the event registration form or notice, will be refunded in full using the same method utilized for the original payment.
Each event will have a clearly visible cancellation deadline on the event reservation form.


Networking events, Fundraising events, conference events, and other NZTCC organized events tickets,
The tickets mentioned above whether purchased online, email.  over the phone, or in person, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Valid ID and ticket required for admission. All sales are final and ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so safeguard it as you would cash or other valuables.


The Chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorships.


Licensed Items

No refunds are available for licensing fees for the use of such items as member mailing lists, The New Zealand- Thai Chamber of logo, etc.
