Political, economic and financial issues in European countries, the U.S. and China, especially a disruptive change in the financial sector in 2017 are seen as challenges for Thailand's economic growth. However, Thai economy is projected by Thai government to grow nearly 5% in 2018, while many experts predict that the economy will grow 3.5 - 4% due to exports, domestic investment and tourism. Which projection will be more realistic? 

GTCC Luncheon "Thailand Economic Outlook 2018" will provide you with an overview of global and regional challenges with a focus on economic development in Thailand for 2018 and beyond, discussed by our prominent keynote speaker, Mr. Werner Steinmueller, CEO APAC, Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong. Representatives of distinguished German companies Mercedes-Benz (Thailand), Siemens, Covesto, and Boehringer Ingelheim (Thai) will discuss Thailand’s economic trends, insights into key industry sectors in Thailand, and challenges to face in 2018.
